TEH Bong Lim
Executive Director, Founder
Mr. Teh Bong Lim is the founder of MMI. Prior to founding our Group in 1989, Mr. Teh was Business Development Manager at Wah Chang International Pte Ltd’s offshore engineering division. Mr. Teh was Manager at Intraco Limited, responsible for the sales and marketing functions in the engineering division of the company. He received his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the National University of Singapore in 1980. Mr. Teh’s achievements and awards include the NUSS Distinguished Alumni Award in 2000, the Grand Entrepreneur Award, NUS Centennial Entrepreneurship Awards in 2005 and the Best Chief Executive Officer (for companies under S$500 million market capitalisation) in the 2006 Annual Singapore Business Awards.
KOH Tong Ho
CEO
Mr. Koh Tong Ho is our Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. He has been instrumental in growing the Group’s core business over the last two decades and is responsible for overseeing the entire business and operations. Prior to joining MMI in January 1991, Mr. Koh worked at Seagate Technology International for six years. Mr. Koh obtained his Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic in 1982 and his Diploma in Management Studies from the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) in 1991 and was also awarded the silver medal by SIM in 2012. Mr. Koh was awarded the Master Degree in Business Administration by the Singapore Management University (SMU) after graduating from the pioneer batch of Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) programme, and with a placement on the Dean’s List for his outstanding performance by the SMU LKC School of Business.
Shermin FOCK
CFO
Ms. Shermin Fock is our Chief Finance Officer and is responsible for the Finance, Human Resource and IT functions of Group. She joined the Group in 1992 and has overseen the Group’s IPO in 1997 and subsequent privatization in 2007. Prior to joining our Group in 1992, Ms. Fock was Head of Finance and Administration at Enterprise Promotion Centres Pte Ltd from 1990 to 1992 where she undertook consultancy projects and was responsible for the financial management and administrative functions of the company. Ms. Fock received her Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore. In addition, she also obtained her Diploma in Management Consultancy from the National Productivity Board. Ms. Fock is a member of the Institute of Singapore Certified Accountants.
